Is there a cost for joining GiftCardExtras?

No - joining GiftCardExtras is free. There is a renewal fee every year, on the anniversary of your join date, of 2,000 points, which is automatically deducted from your account.  If you do not have 2,000 points on your account at that time, you have a grace period of one year in order to earn your membership fee, by which time, if you still have not paid your fee, your card will be cancelled and your account deactivated. How do I earn points?

Earning points is easy – every time you purchase a Gift Card from GiftCardExtras you automatically earn ‘Extras’ points from one of our participating suppliers..

How do I redeem my points?

Redeeming your points is easy - all you have to do is decide what you want to reward yourself with and use the easy to follow form on the GiftCardExtras website!

What can I spend my points on?

Your points hold a dollar value, almost like cash, so when you have accumulated your points, whether it be a small or large amount, then have a look at the businesses involved, complete the redemption form on the website and show your voucher code to your chosen business (either online or at store)!.

What are my points worth?

We have a very generous points currency – every 1000 points is worth $6.50 to you. So When you’ve spent $2000 and lets say the participating business is offering 5 points/$ spent, you will have earned as much as or 10,000 points – or $65 to spend with any of our participating business – or redeem with the charity of your choice!

Do my Extras expire?

Your Extras do not expire as long as your membership is current.
